I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the service was exceptional with very friendly staff, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. However, the room setup was a bit cramped, and the lack of privacy curtains was a downside. The breakfast was good, and the big bathroom was a plus.
The hotel is conveniently located at the end of Station Road, making it easy to travel into the center and right next to the South pier. The rooms are a bit cramped but come with a microwave and a newly fitted carpet. The good breakfast makes up for the tight living space. The hotel offers dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, with very hospitable staff. The dining experience includes poultry dishes, with included options. Overall, it's a cozy stay close to everything, though a bit away from the lively north pier entertainment zone.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms have limited privacy with only a curtain, but the new carpet and extra TVs for kids are nice touches.
